Hey guys!! its been awhile. aplogies on the cancelation on some supposed shows.
Anways heres wishing everyone a Merry Christmas! Sky Believes Christmas is only about the birth of a saviour, Jesus Christ. The symblosim behind our exchanging of gifts reflects how God exchanged his only begotten son for our lives. Its a day of rejoicing and remembering the love we have for each other is not of this earth. We seek to Love everyone that comes our way, a new year awaits us. So lets put the crap that held us back in 2005 and move forward. Forget IT! Love keeps us strong, i am grateful for each person i have met over the couple of Months Friends like Nigel, Shaun and Kenneth from 4TH Avenue, the guys from A Vacant Affair, Aviery guys and Adel from Munchies @ Nine, and many friends i`ve come to know during shows and just goofing around. And my new found Hougang Green crew! WORD UP! Scott and the gang! You guys remind me of what it means to have fun and be myself. Cheers mates Heres a Merry Christmas! Hey folks! its been a while..apologies for the very long awaited updates.....

Here is a glimpse, of what the band has been up to during our hiatus.

We were on a break to learn, the simplicity of relationships and the importance

of community as well as rest. We have begun our creative process again.

Some art work and visuals will

be updated here, from time to time will indicate some of the concepts that we are toying with. Be it song,message art or lifestyle we seek to bless anyone then relates to our language. It doesn` matter if your an" EMO-kid", " HARDCORE-kid" "METAL-head", "PUNK", or even someone that prefers pop. we believe in a simple ideal. SAME MESSAGE DIFFERENT LANGUAGE.

So guys we hope to see you guys at the shows real soon. as we are gearing up for the next phase

BACK FROM KUALA LUMPUR!

BACK FROM K.L.!!!!K.L. was killer! we had some of craziest times man!we had cows, strange people talking to us, RAMLEE BURGERS!!

The gig was really a memorable one, we were able to connect with the rest of the bands, it was just a God led thing. God was really with us, the K.L. scene rocks man! We managed to mix ar0und pretty well. It really felt like a real scene ,was the way the hardcore scene was to be like.
It was all about acceptance and mutal respect.
Bands like Lied, Cssandra and infinate delay. Cassandra and Infinate delay really blew us away man, CRAZY STUFF.
Just feel so blessed to have shared the stage with amazing people like them.Our set was fierce core! i screamed so hard i PUKED on stage! HHAHAHA!! that set`s version of "Jehovah". had to be the most intense.

After the set my back was aching, my face hurting, my throat totally gone, my lungs aching, almost injured my lips ahaha smashed the mic into my face!
Had a great time just goofing around with 11 of my brothers that followed us up to K.L. Really hope to do it again. Although there were minor hick ups here and there, but of course we will improve on them the next time. :)

There is nothing like following a direction that you know was suppose to be.
A peace will be in your heart and mind, even though the situations seems impossible.

Fierce man! there is a kind of energy like no other when you go somewhere else other your own hometown to play, its unexplainable. It was KIL KILL KILL!Above all i am glad that we manged to build some form of relationship with the bands that night. THe kids were crazy in the pit man! it was KUNG FOO the whole night! hahaha HAI YAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sky In Euphoria will be rocking out KL on April 30th as part of the "Disenchaning the Romantic" gig organised by AWAKENING PRODUCTIONS KL!

the gig will be held at the new pauls place

also featuring Lied, Infinate Delay and Cassandra
we will be the anchor act!

The band is taking some low-down time to sort out a little strategy for the future, positioning ourselves for growth, we have come to a point where even our personal lives are going thru much change, and sometimes in order to mature, we have to give up whats really close to our hearts. Being obediant to our destiny and season. It is much more desirable than any form of sacrifice.

Bless everyone that has been apart of us, we die to live again. Keep fighting the good fight! Never let that voice inside your head push you down, the harder it pushes the harder we must push back!! perseverance builds our character.

thanks to the guys who came down and shared in the discombobulation gig! we hope you enjoyed....
we may have a few pics from that one soon... but i think Djulian was more interested in flashing the irritating sound guy than actually getting shots and seeing as he STILL HASN'T PASSED ME THE SF04 SHOTS!! (hinthint) we may or may not ever see those shots...

those of you who missed it may like to know that Shaun (new guitarist)[note correct spelling] had a rocking set (altho i tripped over his guitar lead and unplugged him in one song, sorry bro!:P) really looking forward to the new creative possiblities he brings!!

oh and regarding the EP.....
well the second pressing is not.. wakemeupmusic has been slightly side tracked by having a baby! (congratulations John n Dee on the birth of Jodee Angel Chiong!!)
the EP will be out sometime soon..... so keep a look out at WMUM shop, it will have a nice red cover... shd be ard $6(i think).....

1) gig on 15th Oct sky will be rocking out with whole bunch of other bands at Discombobulation @ substation garden on 15th october (fri) tickets are $5... come down and rock out!

2) WakeMeUpMusic to release sky EP WMUM will be releasing a second pressing of our debut EP. this one wont have the hand painted artworks or the live track included in the first pressing that is a special for the folks who supported us by buying the limited release. we're hoping to have the EP out by the 15rth gig

3) new sky boy! we have just recruited a second guitarist! Shaun (note correct spelling) Soh who plays with a whole host of other bands including Hearing Hill and last time played for SpeedCameraAhead and Choc Tiger. we are really happy to have him on board and hoefully he will make his first appearance at the gig on the 15th!

In the MIdst of recording

tracked the drums for our first song "In your prescence"
it sounded wicked! nice snare sound man...
all thanx to an expensive snare spring ..ahaha
maybe one day Daren might be endorsed by D.W. ( drum whore)

all great! Leonard seems really nice and good to work with...
